Hearty Vegetable & Quinoa Pasta Baby Food Recipe

Looking to mix things up a bit at lunchtime? Then look no further! This delicious, super quick and easy hearty vegetable pasta recipe was created by our founder Sophie Baron, and is loved by her daughter Liba! It's great, filling lunchtime fuel for busy parents and toddlers.

Mamamade Hearty Vegetable Pasta

Prep time 🕙 - 5 minutes
Cook time 🕒 - 15 minutes

Ingredients 🗒

1 x tsp of olive oil
2 x cloves of garlic (crushed)
1/2 jar of tomato pasta sauce
60g of pasta
1 x Mamamade Hearty Vegetable & Quinoa Baby Food, defrosted

Method 👩‍🍳

Step 1

Get a pan with water on the boil, and add your pasta to start cooking.

Step 2

Grab a saucepan, drizzle a little bit of olive oil in pan and put the heat on medium-high.

Step 3

Add your crushed garlic to the pan and leave to sizzle for a minute.

Step 4

Add your Mamamade Hearty Vegetable & Quinoa Baby Food, mix well and let cook for a few minutes.

Step 5

Add your tomato pasta sauce, drop the heat down to low and leave to simmer for a few minutes.

💡 Mamamade tip: if your baby is aged 12 months or older, add a pinch of parsley and salt for more flavour!

Step 6

Drain your cooked pasta in a colander, add to the sauce and give a good mix. Sit down and enjoy with your baby!🍴
