Our Cauliflower + Coconut curry may be mildly spiced for little palates, but there is nothing mild about these ingredients! Ginger, garlic and warming spices mingle with fresh mango and sweet potato to create a taste sensation! Curry… we mean hurry!... to get this one on the dinner table!
Top tip: Feeling fancy? Serve with chopped mango, cucumber sticks, and a dollop of yoghurt.
