Spiced Veg and Lentil Medley

An adventurous, flavourful dish that's packed with iron! This meal is perfect for little ones who are gearing up to explore new tastes and flavours. This plant-based meal contains aubergines which contain B vitamins - which has been linked to brain development, bone growth and energy production.

The lentils are also loaded with nutrients, including iron, protein and fibre, and are cooked with lemon juice to help your little one get the most out of the iron. Extra virgin olive oil makes sure your baby is getting the right amount of healthy fats in their diet.
