White Bean, Pea & Spring Onion Spiced Fritters With Homemade Tzatziki - At Dad’s Table Recipe

Guess who's back, back again with another Mamamake It Your Way recipe; it's Adam from At Dad's Table! 👀 You've all loved Adams cooking, so we had to get him back for one more recipe this month. Today he's bringing us a family-friendly twist on homemade Tzatziki with White Bean, Pea & Spring Onion Spiced Fritters, made using our Mamamade White Bean Purée! 👨🏽‍🍳  Yup, now that sounds like a winner for all ages, perfect for those family dinner nights, baby-led weaning lunches, on the go snacking or maybe just a recipe for you and your partner when the kids are tucked up in bed 💤

We here at Mamamade HQ always get asked about “what you can do with your leftover purées?” or even with your pots that keep piling up in the freezer. Well, my lovely community of Mamamates, this is your answer. Our 100% organic, CMPA friendly and vegan safe purees aren't just made keeping one dish in mind, let's get creating! You can serve them as is, mix them into porridge, use them as a base for pasta and everything in-between.

If this sounds like fun, then check out our Instagram live cook-along with At Dad's Table! We made some delicious white bean, pea and spring onion spiced fritters with coconut + turmeric dipping yoghurt, using our very own White Bean Purée! 🤯
