The best way to make sure your baby is receiving all the nutrients they need is to offer a wide range of colourful foods - think ‘eating the rainbow.’ This list is designed to help you understand which food sources and nutrients to offer, but try not to get too bogged down with the question of how much and of what. Ensure baby is getting a wide range of foods regularly, and you can rest assured they’re getting what they need. In any case, their milk will remain their main nutrient source up to about 12 months.
